Robyn Teplitzky, MSW, has spent her entire career in the nonprofit arena. For more than 30 years, she has been working with organizations as a fundraiser and leadership development expert.

 

Born and raised in Hamden, CT., she is a graduate of the University of Miami, FL. and Yeshiva University, Wurzweiler School of Social Work, NY.   Robyn has vast experience as a nonprofit consultant.  She has served as the past Senior Director of the Mandel Center of Leadership Excellence of the Jewish Federations of North America in New York City, and for more than a decade was the Director of Annual Giving and the Diversity Coordinator at Hamden Hall Country Day School.  In addition, she served as the Campaign Director for the Jewish Federation of Greater New Haven, CT.

 

Her community experience includes local and national leadership positions for the Anti-Defamation League and Congregation B’nai Jacob, Yale New Haven Children's Hospital, and a grants reviewer for the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven.

 

Robyn has been recognized locally and nationally for her leadership skills as the recipient of the Jewish Federations of North America’s  National Women’s Philanthropy; Kipnis-Wilson Friedland Award , the Robert Eisner Community Service Award; Food for Kids New Haven and Rachel’s Table, Congregation B’nai Jacob Presidential Citation, Mal & Rae Webber Leadership Award; ADL, BBYO Tree of Life Award and was one of the first women inducted into the prestigious University of Miami Iron Arrow Honor Society.

 

Robyn and her husband, Jeffrey, are proud parents to Molly and Jake.  They enjoy spending family time together travelling and discovering new restaurants.  In her free time, Robyn enjoys reading, drumming, Pilates and yoga.
